They were more than happy to provide suggestions on things to do, places to visit, and great spots to eat nearby. During my trip to Sapa, I lost my glasses, and Bryan, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful. He suggested where I could purchase a new pair and guided me to a store where I was able to get them in under an hour. He even offered to book a Grab for me, but since the location was close by, I preferred to walk. As a nice gesture, Bryan gave me some "thank you cookies," which I truly appreciated. When I checked out, Ellie and Annie, the two receptionists on duty, also offered their assistance by helping me book a taxi. The hotel is just 5-7 minutes from My Khe Beach, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area, making everything easily accessible. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will certainly stay here again during my next visit.

We hired Tom as a driver for all of our trips as he was always polite and a safe driver. The beach is great and just a short walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.

The hotel was a massive bang for buck - it came with lots of bottled water, a delicious breakfast and decent wifi.
