The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast selection was simple yet delicious, and it was included with the room. The breakfast lounge staff were always attentive, and the reception team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were more than happy to provide suggestions on things to do, places to visit, and great spots to eat nearby. During my trip to Sapa, I lost my glasses, and Bryan, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful. He suggested where I could purchase a new pair and guided me to a store where I was able to get them in under an hour. He even offered to book a Grab for me, but since the location was close by, I preferred to walk. As a nice gesture, Bryan gave me some "thank you cookies," which I truly appreciated. When I checked out, Ellie and Annie, the two receptionists on duty, also offered their assistance by helping me book a taxi. The hotel is just 5-7 minutes from My Khe Beach, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area, making everything easily accessible. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will certainly stay here again during my next visit.

We loved our room on the last floor, and the service: Ellie was very helpful, she helped us to arrange our trip to another city for a cheap price. She was in direct contact with a bus driver (no English speaker) and even after her working hours, she was monitoring our trip as she wanted to ensure everything went well (and it did!). Also, we did not have much time in Da Nang but wanted to visit both, the Marble and Monkey mountains. Thuc from the hotel offered himself and drove us to both attractions - he was so kind that he waited for us and when we finished our visits, he took us back to the hotel where the bus arranged by Ellie was waiting for us. Very nice, helpful and kind staff, thanks to them we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much, guys <3

From the first messages confirming my booking, to checking out, every interaction was perfect. They also arranged their hotel transport to collect me and bring me to the hotel, facilitating an early check in time also, both complimentary. I stayed on the 15th floor in a balcony studio. A really nicely decorated and modern room with great views of the city, the river and the sea. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the same in a taxi over Dragon Bridge into the city makes this a perfect location. There are many restaurants nearby with a good choice of cuisines catered for.
